Bus fare reverted back

Bus fare reduced-EC notified-CEC called the Chief Secretary- Fares reverted back.Why this happening in TN without the knowledge of the Minister or CM concern? Whether the corporations went in to loss or earlier it earned profit? Nobody can answer. All gimmicks!!!! Poor people don't know what to do and what is happening.
